Music Has No Age

Due to COVID, this program is on hold until further notice...

For 66 years, the John E. Andrus Memorial Inc. (Andrus on Hudson) has been a respected and trusted provider of eldercare and services in Westchester County. The longevity of this nonprofit organization is the result of a mission driven Board of Directors and staff that believe in living the vision of John E. Andrus and family “to give opportunity to youth and the rest to the aged.”  This collaboration of our youth & their residents is truly special.

Sign up to perform a piece (or 2 or 3!) for very appreciative residents by bringing live music right to them.  An Andrus on Hudson community life employee will meet the student performer(s) and escort them to various wings so that all residents (Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Long Term, Rehabilitation, Hospice, Respite Care) can enjoy the gift of music.

The residents at Andrus on Hudson look forward to a musical journey that connects them with a feeling, memory, or moment from the past/present.
